After you place your order, we will ship the product within 5 business days.
All packages are sent from Japan. If you wish to contact us regarding any issues or about your shipment, we are glad to help you any day except Saturday, Sundays or public holidays.
Returns and exchanges
If you receive the incorrect product or it was damaged, you can return the item to us for exchange or cashback. We only accept returned items 8 days(included Saturday, Sunday and public holidays) after you receive your purchased product.
Please contact us from the inquiry form on the site within 8 days(included Saturday, Sunday and public holidays) of receipt.
In order to request an exchange or cashback, please fill out the inquiry form on our website and provide all the information requested. We will not refund any products that are sent without previously contacting us via the online form.
[If we cannot accept returns or exchanges]
(1) Products that have been used once, or that have been opened.
(2) Only items that have been broken, mishandled or damaged,
or the wrong product was sent, can be returned or exchanged.
(3) If more than 8 days(included Saturday, Sunday and public holidays) have passed since the item arrived.
(4) When we have not been contacted (via our website) prior to returning the item.
*Refund will take about 2 months. A credit (refund) will be posted onto the credit card used, or the payment method on file.
